Nice pendant, some delivery delay

I ordered a Black Pendant Light for our kitchen island, and it looks really sharp once installed. The quality feels solid, definitely not flimsy, and it gives off good light. The website said 3-5 business days for shipping, but it actually took 8 days to reach California, which was a little frustrating since we were ready to install it. Customer service was helpful when I called about the delay, but the tracking info wasn't super detailed. Still, for the price and the final look, I'd say it's good value, just plan for a bit of extra delivery time.

Good lamp, shipping was okay

Got a Modern Wall Sconce from here last week. It looks really nice, exactly like the picture online. Took about a week to get here, which was fine. Packaging was good, no damage or anything. Installation wasn't too bad, just followed the instructions. Overall, pretty happy with how it turned out. Might check them out again if I need more lights for the spare bedroom.

Considering a couple of wall sconces from Valley Lamps, but also looking at some from West Elm. How does the quality compare for Valley Lamps? Are they pretty durable?

I'd say Valley Lamps is a step below West Elm in terms of finish detail, but also a lot cheaper. For sconces, they'd probably be fine, you're not touching them much. I have a flush mount from them and it's held up well.

Depends on the specific item, but generally Valley Lamps is good for the price. West Elm might have slightly heavier materials, but I haven't had any quality issues with my Valley Lamps stuff. My pendant light feels pretty solid.

Returns were pretty easy for me. I had to send back a pendant that didn't match and they processed it fairly quickly after they received it.

You usually have a certain window, like 30 days, I think. Just make sure you keep all the original packaging. I returned a floor lamp once and didn't have any issues as long as it was in new condition.
